# Event Shape

## What is free
- The value axis first: volume ranks the ladder on reach, a named account list on account depth - the two orders are exact inverses, so an unset goal is a fix.
- The shape ladder: the dinner deleted without a named list, the user conference for volume with a travelling audience, the roadshow with a per-city stop rule, the floor-primary event only with no audience of your own and an ecosystem story; candidates in order; the shape already on the table checked.
- Program sourcing (mixed by default, customer stories with an advisory board, open submissions for an annual property with the capital to refuse a slot, company-supplied deleted for non-customers) and the floor shape for floor-primary events.
- The sponsor activity layer: one activity per category a segment buys, none inside the CFP, product people for feedback sessions, scheduling for matchmaking.
- Six gates set in advance, a choices CSV, Markdown and JSON exports. No headcount, city count, price or budget is ever stated.

## The metered lanes
Two tasks on gpt-terra, metered per run, routed by `task`. Input string fields: `task` (brief or memo), `company`, `sponsors` and `facts`.
- `brief` replies with `summary`, `axis`, `candidates`, `recommendation`, `deleted`, `sourcing`, `floor`, `activities`, `flips`, `handoffs`, `checks` and `caveats`; the page holds the axis, candidates, pick, deleted rungs, program, floor, activity layer and gates to its own and rejects any digit.
- `memo` replies with `to`, `subject`, `recommendation`, `why`, `will_not`, `ask`, `measure` and `note`; the page requires the shape by name, what it will not do, the ask the findings call for and a gate set in advance, with no digit.
